Dani grew up in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, deeply immersed in snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking from a young age. That passion evolved into a career in sports events, where she has contributed to everything from grassroots non-profit initiatives to large-scale international competitions.

With extensive experience in the winter sports industry, Dani stays closely connected to the mountain community. She is committed to continuous learning and innovation, always exploring new ways to elevate events and support the next generation of athletes.

Now raising her own kids in that same active lifestyle—winters on the slopes and summers in the bike race scene—Dani remains dedicated to empowering young talent and building stronger connections within the sports world.

Phil migrated from back east in the late 90's to chase his dream of shredding powder in the big mountains of BC and eventually becoming a professional photographer. Since his first published photo in 2001, his camera took him around the world shooting with countless athletes in many action sports, particularly in snowboarding. His photos have been printed in a long list of publications with many gracing the covers of the most coveted mags out there.

In the past decade Phil has been expanding his work with videography and editing, and has an extensive experience working in the action sports industry. Now a father of a three year old little ripper, he's thrilled to start a new chapter working with young athletes to get them the shots they need to showcase their talent and help guide these future rockstars into their career path through Talent Uprising.
